18+ only. This AI porn generator page covers privacy, consent and account protections. It deals with fictional adults only. It does not recommend explicit-content tools or give generation instructions.

An adult-content label does not settle privacy or legality

An 18+ label on an AI porn generator tells you who the service is meant for. It does not tell you how the service checks age, stores information or deals with complaints. The legal questions and the account questions are separate. A paid plan can still restrict content, and labeling something as AI does not make harmful content lawful. Nomi says plainly that its chats are not end-to-end encrypted, and its deletion process takes about 28 days, with some exceptions.

When checked on 29 October 2026, Canada's parliamentary record showed Bill S-209 at second reading in the House of Commons. That does not mean a universal identity-check rule is already in force. Treat current law, proposed legislation and a provider's own terms as three separate things.

Fictional adults and reporting routes that work

This page only covers fictional adult characters aged 18 or over. A platform's content rules apply whether the account is free or paid. Calling a service "unrestricted" does not remove those rules or replace the need for consent.

If harmful material is being circulated, save the relevant URLs, account identifiers, timestamps and report confirmations, but do not share the material any further. Report it through the platform's own route and keep a record of how it responds. The US TAKE IT DOWN Act requires covered platforms to remove content within 48 hours of a qualifying request. It does not promise that every website in the world will remove every reported item on that timeline.

The image-abuse prevention and reporting guide explains the limits of each jurisdiction and the protective steps available. Canada's proposed Digital Safety Act regime is described in the 19 October 2026 Charter statement for Bill C-34. Publishing a proposal does not make it a working remedy, so it should not be presented as one.

Sharing, operator access and deletion are different things

Nomi states outright that its conversations are not end-to-end encrypted. This is why a chat window that looks private does not prove the operator cannot technically process what you write. Keep identifying personal details out of a fictional character's biography and out of your conversations. An account's visibility setting and the operator's data practices answer different questions.

OurDream says account deletion takes 24 to 48 hours, cancels any active subscription and forfeits unused coins. Nomi describes a deletion process of about 28 days, with exceptions. These are two different account procedures, and neither guarantees that every retained record disappears. Cancelling a subscription, removing public material and requesting data erasure can each require a separate step.

The Candy.ai account and privacy reference describes its separate unsubscribe and deletion controls. Its Privacy Policy, dated 19 October 2026, treats account retention differently from the longer retention of financial records. The adult-chat rules comparison also keeps audience restrictions apart from privacy protections.

Check consent, privacy and billing separately

Limiting content to fictional characters aged 18+ does not replace data-handling rules or legal obligations. The 48-hour statutory period only applies in its own jurisdiction and under its qualifying conditions. If you already have an account, use the billing and deletion controls the service documents, and keep evidence of any report or cancellation. A promotional label does not substitute for any of these protections.

Frequently asked questions

Does an 18+ notice prove identity verification?

No. An audience notice, a date of birth you type in and a completed identity check are three different controls. On the parliamentary record checked on 29 October 2026, Canada's Bill S-209 was still at second reading in the House of Commons.

Does an AI label make every image lawful?

No. Article 50 of the EU AI Act sets out specific transparency duties starting 2 August 2026, but disclosure is not consent, and it is not general permission to distribute harmful content. It is not a Canadian compliance approval for any particular product either.

Is every platform required to remove a report within 48 hours?

No. The platform duty in the US TAKE IT DOWN Act applies to qualifying requests made to covered platforms. The 48-hour period is not a universal rule for every site or every kind of complaint.

Does deleting an account stop billing?

At OurDream, deleting an account also cancels the subscription, and processing takes 24 to 48 hours. Other services list cancellation as a separate step. Check the channel you originally subscribed through and keep confirmation that billing has changed.

Does private visibility mean end-to-end encryption?

No. Nomi says plainly that its chats are not end-to-end encrypted. A setting that hides a character from other users controls who sees it. Encryption controls how the content can be processed and accessed.

Should a proposed removal law be described as an existing remedy?

No. The Charter statement for Canada's Bill C-34 was tabled on 19 October 2026 and describes obligations that are still proposed. Publishing a proposal is not the same as enacting it or bringing it into force.
